In the early stages of WWII the standard German infantry uniform consisted of the field jacket, trousers tucked into black leather jackboots, and the characteristically shaped helmet. Soldiers carried equipment including gas mask case, kit bag, shovel, canteen and ammunition pouch.
This set of perfectly scaled figures and equipment includes officers, grenade throwers and other key personnel from the Wehrmacht. Suitable for putting with other D-Day related products found in the Airfix range.
