Please note that we supply TRADE ONLY and are unable to supply members of the public directly.

Trade Prices - The trade prices (excluding VAT and delivery) are as per our latest 'Trade Price List' currently in effect, less a further 5% for payment received within 10 days of the invoice date or 2.5% for payment received by the 20th of the following month of invoice. From the 1st April 2022, we regret that we are unable to offer a prompt payment discount on Humbrol and Airfix products. These will be invoiced separately with a due date of the 20th of the following month. All accounts not paid by this date will be overdue. There is no discount available after these days. We reserve the right to vary prices without prior notice.

Orders - For orders over £250 nett goods value, carriage is free of charge. (Applies to orders from the UK mainland only)

Breakages and Shortages - Claims must be made by 4pm of the following working day after receipt of goods.

Faulty Goods - Atricles agreed to be of faulty manufacture will be accepted for replacement / credit within the broad discretionary limits at present practiced.

Returned Goods - Can only be accepted in their original boxes and not soiled. We will not accept the charges for carriage on any goods returned without prior agreement. We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee.

Reservation of Title - All goods supplied shall remain the property of 'Tasma Products Limited' until they are paid for in full.

Charges - We may withdraw credit facilities at any time if the terms and conditions are continuously ignored and reserve the right to supply goods on a proforma invoice basis. We reserve the right to charge interest at 2% per month on overdue accounts. Any amount so charged will also bear the addition of VAT. Expenses incurred in recovering debts either by Tasma Products Limited or any third party we wish to instruct will be recoverable in full with a minimum charge of £20. A charge of £8 will automatically be made when any cheque has to be represented to our bank for whatever reason.
